A First for Perth

ACORPP played a key role in the delivery of Bankwest’s Activity Based Working (ABW) fitout in Raine Square – a first in Perth. The ACORPP Project Management Team managed key elements of the integrated fitout of Stage 1 of 42,000m2 and workplace fitout Stage 2 of 33,000 m2. This included the provision of suitable risk mitigation and procurement strategies. ACORPP were also integral to the direction of the Green Star Fitout.

From Beginning to End

ACORPP were involved with the early preparation of crucial documentation to meet key lease, integration and fitout issues, allowing integration to occur and meeting the continual requirements of the Agreement for Lease. This required effective management of, and communication with, consultants to ensure delivery by critical dates. Managing changes to the base building on behalf of the client including a number of complex IT issues which required base build infrastructure to be altered. In addition, the development of an efficient procurement process allowed flexibility to secure value for money benefits, particularly through strategic packaging of the work.

Successful Delivery

With a staff of 2,700 moving into Bankwest Place, it was crucial that ACORPP worked efficiently with all Bankwest business streams. Through this project we have a strong understanding of ABW fitout requirements, which need to be considered and managed, on a small and large scale.

Our key for success in the delivery of this project was to understand the needs of Bankwest, in relation to the specifics of their ABW fitout. We developed a strong knowledge of issues and risks related to general and IT infrastructure integration which proved to be a measurable benefit to the project.”
