Top Gear Day for Brisbane Team
ACORPP clients and friends proved ex-Top Gear trio, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, don’t have an exclusive lease when it comes to motoring fun. An enthusiastic crew of accountants, architects, bankers, chemists, lawyers, property experts, quantity surveyors and recruiters fronted up at BMW Motorline in Daisy Hill for a special event that showcased the German marque’s best of breed. ACORPP director Matt Buckley said the idea was for everyone to get to better know one another during a relaxed and memorable day.
“It started with the ACORPP “Stig” being found in the city – that’s when our guests began to wonder what they had gotten themselves into,” Matt said. “The fun really started after a safety briefing and being split into pairs.” Matt said the group experienced every car in the BMW range - from the new I3 to the 645 coupe and the latest X5 and X6. “The drive took us around Mt Cotton and and the Redlands before we parked at the Manly Yacht Squadron,” he said. “There, we boarded the amazing Vitech 70 motor yacht, “Fish” and swapped experiences over a few refreshments.” A special thanks to Craig Rose from BMW Motorline for providing the cars and the boat, but more importantly, thanks to all of our clients who made the day.
