Brisbane office moves up in the world

With Matt Buckley, Director, ACORPP

ACORPP has continued to strengthen its position in the Brisbane property market, securing a new office at 307 Queen Street in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. This relocation comes on the back of ACORPP’s title as equal number one tenant representative team in the Brisbane market in 2017. It earned its title through issuing more than a dozen client briefs that was further bolstered by consultancy projects, and acquisition and portfolio assignments throughout Queensland.

ACORPP Director, Matt Buckley, said the move to the CBD was essential for continued business growth. “The Toowong office, where we started five years ago, was great for the establishment of the business. However, current CBD vacancy levels are now the best in a generation for tenant opportunities,” he said. “We need to be where the business is, and that cost-benefit dictated a move back to the city. We were spending more and more time there anyway in meetings and inspections.”

Matt said it was vital ACORPP be close to its clients as their leases approached renewal. “Just being able to drop in at short notice or catch up for a convenient coffee will add so much more to the development of client relationships,” he said.

Fellow Director, Danni Toshack, said the new 18th floor office delivered a greatly improved space from which to service a growing client base. “We have so many clients looking for space within the golden triangle and the greater CBD than any other locality,” she said. “The new office provides us with a far more modern work environment, hugely improved internet speeds and end-of-trip facilities. No one has an excuse now for missing morning and evening exercise!”

The ACORPP Brisbane office earlier welcomed Ben Cosgrove who began full time this year. Ben recently completed his Masters of Property at the University of Queensland and has been a valuable addition. The office is also looking to add another senior advisor.
