Tenant Representation & Project Management

Cameron's New Home

ACORPP as Tenant Reps Project and Programme Managers have been involved with Cameron from the onset of their search for a site that could house their new Perth Integrated Aftermarket Facility (PIAF). This PIAF consists of a 3,000 m2 office and an 8,445 m2 workshop and warehouse. The advisory team from ACORPP provided independent advocacy for structuring the deal through the process of a Heads of Agreement, an Agreement for Lease and eventually a Lease.  Value was added to this process by covering key commercial issues and incentives for the client.

The Project

Our project management team lead the integrated project which included an office and industrial workshop and warehouse fitout. Works also included integration of the PIAF which has many specialised requirements including 13 cranes,  2 large pressure test pools, Blastchamber and a unique 15 meter deep well head tubular test facility. ACORPP Projects also oversaw the Base Building element of the project working closely with the Developer and Builder during all aspects of the construction phase.

Problem Solving

Prior to construction commencement Cameron’s main point of contact left the company and Acorpp were appointed as the programme managers for the delivery of the project. As well as ACORPP’s initial engagement the brief now covered all elements of the project including plant and equipment procurement, IT, change management and transition management.
