Project

ACORPP was engaged to coordinate all aspects associated with the site acquisition including the initial assessment of potential sites, a detailed due diligence assessment of the preferred site, a strategy for acquiring and consolidating the site into a single lot and negotiating the acquisition on behalf of the State.

Problem Solving

The due diligence assessment on the site identified contamination and Aboriginal Heritage issues that needed to be resolved prior to acquisition. The site for the new Carnarvon Police & Justice Complex comprised several individual lots owned by two parties further complicating negotiations. ACORPP successfully acquired the site on behalf of BMW and also arranged for the amalgamation of the lots and the issue of a new certificate of title.
